Kit lists
Probably the same as last year!

Although most routes are fully bolted, there are several multi-pitch trad routes around. Via Valacnianos (5+ - about VS) on the Penon de Ifach is probably within walking distance. Best of all is the Espolon Central on Puig Campana, north of Benidorm, an 11 pitch HS with an additional 4 pitches available for the speedy.

Apparently the limit isn't enforced. But if the boat can't sail so you have to be helicoptered off the island then you could be in for a large excess baggage bill!

this is true, not enforced unless choppered off.  sure we'll be able to cope if any slight
excess my shifting but ill just stay on the island, sleep in the pub and wait for the boat :-)

Hi guys,

Cheers to Peri for circulating the CC tide tables, but just to make sure everyone is aware, those times are GMT. This time of year the tides are one hour later than shown on the table due to BST.

Cheers,
Pete.

Just had a look at the ferry ticket and there is a 20 kg weight limit on luggage. What's everyone doing about racks? All I'm thinking is that a trad rack, half rope, abb rope and clothing for a week is going to add up to more than 20 kg. Or do they not enforce it?
Pete.

I've borrowed a CC Lundy guide from a friend. If anyone has particular routes in mind before we go, let me know and I'll put the photocopier at work to good use ;0)
