I'll volunteer to do a main course for a friday evening meal, could live up to my surname by doing a big fat carnivorous pasta thing. If there are any veggies among us that can easily have a veggie version.

right then, thats me doing evening main course friday, which will be pasta with bacon and tomato (veggie version for the two veggies), and pudding for saturday, which will be pears in red wine (coz I'm dead posh) .
