Great to see so many members out for the club Christmas meal, which was once again a curry at the fantastic Yak and Yeti Gurkha Nepalese restaurant in York.
There's a reason why we returned for another year – very tasty food and surrounded by artwork of the Himalaya on the walls to keep the mountain theme going, which prompted a few trekking 'bucket list' conversations! A lovely way to finish off the year catching up with friends old and new, and some of us even managed to squeeze in a beer at one of the local pubs beforehand. Thanks to Jayne our social secretary for organising.
